Celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson's high reps (cardio like), light weights are the basis for this very unique training regimen.Beginning students should perform this workout without weight to start. Repetitions should start out at 15 per exercise, then as strength and stamina increase, the repetitions may go to 20 or even 25 per exercise. As you become fitter you may need ankle weights (1 to 2.5 lbs each), 1, 2 OR 3 LB Hand weights, and an exercise mat for the abdominal work. You will need a chair for the standing portion. The workout is comprised of standing lower body work./standing upper body work/mat leg exercise and mat abdominals......
